Very effective for sleep aches less aching on waking

Pricey but worth it imo. No rubbish, pure and the results speak for themselves. I take them every so often to help with sleep and they are super effective. The results also show up (positively) in my HRV reading on my Whoop.

Helps me sleep

This has been brilliant for my sleep - I'm falling asleep more easily and my oura ring is showing more deep sleep. Glad to find a product here that's high quality and clean without fillers, as I've had digestive issues with other brands.

I particularly like this product because of the type of magnesium as well as the fact that there are no fillers or binders - it's simply the magnesium powder inside a cellulose-based capsule. The product label says you should take four capsules a day, but this would mean the jar would only last 30 days, making it an expensive purchase. I've worked out that that the measurement of four capsules would does equate to a daily recommended Mg dose, but I just can't afford to consume it at that rate, so try to increase my Mg intake with other food sources while taking up to two of these capsules daily. I can't claim to have noticed any difference by consuming this product, but I know that I can become easily Mg deficient without supplements, and I will only take an Mg product without unncessary additives.

I started taking this magnesium supplement to help with restless legs and sleep, and I’ve been really impressed with the results. Within a short time, my restless legs eased noticeably and I’m sleeping more deeply and consistently. I’ve also found it really helps with muscle recovery after exercise — less tightness and quicker recovery overall. A simple addition to my daily routine that’s made a genuine difference.

I wish there could be a way of trying supplements before I buy. I took my time to source the products well but I'm very sensitive and have nasty side effects. It's expensive to find out when you pay for a bottle. I'm sure this product is excellent, but not for me. I also bought B12, I can't take either. 😕

This seems to be working. Have noticed positive changes disappointed you need to take 4 capsules a day .makes these very expensive..
