Solid construction. Made of Steel and brass, which means its corrosion resistant. The entire gauge proper is surrounded by a durable rubberized sleeve which actually makes it fairly drop resistant, but even though the instructions state that dropping the gauge could result in affecting the calibration of the needle (in other words, affect how accurately it reads PSI) dropping it a few times hasn't seemed to affect anything when compared to another properly calibrated gauge. The Pressure Release valve also seems to be well constructed and has a solid feel to it. The best feature, in my personal opinion, is the fact that both sides of the hose swivel, meaning that its easy to test tire pressure no matter what angle you have to use it at, while still being able to read the gauge. On a side note, the hose does detach from the top of the pressure release valve, so be careful not to lose the internal components of the valve if you decide to remove the hose for storage, as the parts are very small.

Excellent gaugeI checked it with 2 others had to throw one away because it was off . This new tire gauge is perfect easy to use easy to read and holds the pressure once you remove it from the tire so you can read it better then you push a button to release the pressure in the gauge to start over . Love this gauge works greatWell the gauge doesn’t hold the pressure now and Leaks air when holding to valve stem. So I don’t think is accurate now either

My old dial gauge finally gave up the ghost, so in fine modern fashion, off to Amazon I went rather than my excellent local hardware where I had bought the old one.After spending lots of time looking at reviews and briefly considering a whizzy new electronic device (which I knew I would have to fight a longterm battle on batteries, one that I always lose), I chose this device.It's okay, but it's not as useful as my old device. The biggest problem for me is the coupler to the valve stem is apparently slightly deformed, and it's much more troublesome to lock onto the tire than my old one. It's not unuseful, but it is tedious in cold weather to attempt to get this device to lock on.

I AM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH THIS PRESSURE GAUGE!!! As my husband and father would say, I am like my mom, I was able to go 36 years without pumping gas, washing my car, or putting air in my tires, until my tires were so low on air is was causing an alarm to go off in my car. So it was time this princess got her hands dirty, so hubby and I jumped on my all time favorite shopping, video, reading site, and searched and I, of course, thought it was cool and cute, but my husband said it was perfect for me, easy to use, and easy to use, Even for a princess! Now I have to learn to pump gas (crying)

Ordered this for my dad to use on his motor home. When he opened it, he seemed pleased. He said the one he has been using doesn't have the ranges he needs and this one does. It arrived quickly and the packaging was intact. The gauges are big enough for him to read without his glasses and he REALLY likes that,

well made, does the job and is very accurate. It is a nice addition to the other tools i carry around. I drive about 120 miles a day and nothing gives me more anxiety than the tire light coming on. I am very happy I decided to order this.

I hated it when I pulled up into a gas station and their air gauge never works. It happens to me all the time so I got sick of it and decided to order my own gauge to leave in the car. It's been working out very well so far, and the glow in the dark needles has been super useful too.

Awesome quality. Its a bit big, but worth the quality. I purchased this after those stupid pencil style broke after spending $6 at the gas station. I'll never need another one now. Glows awesome in the night too!
