Got to replace the battery on my psp, have been using this battery for about 10 months now and it’s still working very good, battery life is what you’d expected depending on gameplay, I usually get about 3-5 hours.

I was looking for a replacement battery for my PSP 2000, and I decided to go with this one from OSTENT. Tbh I'm always a little skeptical of third-party batteries that claim "real" mAh ratings, but this one is legit for the most part. First, let's talk about capacity. I did a couple of full discharge tests, and while it didn't quite hit the advertised 1400mAh, it was consistently in the 1350-1380mAh range. That's fantastic for a non-OEM battery and way better than the 500mAh you get from some of the cheaper knockoffs. The voltage also holds up surprisingly well under load, so you don't have to worry about the system shutting off when the battery indicator is still showing 10%. I've gotten around 5-6 hours of solid playtime on it, btw, which is more than enough for long road trips. The reason it’s not a 5-star product is the fitment. It's a tiny bit snug getting it into the battery bay. It's not a huge deal, and it fits fine, but it doesn't snap in with the same satisfying click as the original Sony battery. It's a minor detail, but for a true enthusiast, it matters. Overall, if you need a reliable and affordable battery for your old PSP, this is a very solid choice. The capacity is what it says on the tin, and it performs great for all-day gaming.

I bought this to replace my ageing psp 3000 battery and it has been working for several months now with no issues whatsoever, charges after a few hours with approx 8 hours gameplay depending on what your playing. Holds charge well. This is certainly one of the best replacement batteries you can get after trying other brands that wore out after a few weeks. Would recommend.

Works and brought my PSP back to life, but for some reason won't charge. It won't charge beyond two bars, or 33%. Not sure if that is just because of the software not understanding the battery but it's confusing nonetheless.

Als Fan der Sony PSP ist man ja bekanntlich früher oder später dazu gezwungen seiner geliebten Konsole einen neun Akku zu spendieren. Nachdem ich mit einigen günstigen Akkus und teuren original Sony Akkus (hier aus gründen des Alters) nur negative Erfahrungen gemacht habe, habe ich mich in den Untiefen des Internets auf die Suche nach dem besten Ersatzakku für meine PSP's gemacht. Es wurde dieser hier und ich bin sehr zufrieden: -Lange Laufzeit -top Verarbeitung (fliegt einem nicht um die Ohren ) -richtige Spannung (was der Lebenszeit der PSP bestimmt zuträglich ist) -Passgenauigkeit 100% Leider nicht selbstverständlich für PSP-Akkus aber die Marke Ostent kann ich für diesen Zweck klar Empfehlen.
