This is a really good idea, but the product lacks refinement. The product doesn't work as described in the instructional video. When you push the power button to put the gun in rivnut mode, as indicated by the flashing LED, the gun does not automatically reverse, as illustrated, and the rivnut compresses so tight that it's very difficult to remove it from the set screw. Also, a fully charged battery was completely depleted after just one use.

Use it one time, and the treath strip and broke, having the rivet stuck.. This Chinese product is a 👎👎👎bad quality tool.. I recommend don't waste your money..

This unit has a great deal of power. If you don't take time to set it up ,it will strip out the threads of your nut inserts. It is very powerful for what it is. I am very glad that I found this. After setting it up it is the best thing since sliced bread! I love it. New note 01/11/2023,, Started to do some riveting today, on the 4th rivet today, which makes about 5 rivets total use, a part broke inside the river head, trying to find parts. be careful again it takes time to set up each time you use it.
