The box says Buckwheat but the inner packets only says "Rice Ramen". Is this correct labeling?

I don't know exactly because my box is also labeled that way. Ingredients are listed as both buckwheat and brown rice. I would say given the texture, it is both of the ingredients.

It has the USDA ORGANIC logo on the box.

Does this come from China?

Are these noodles crunchy when not cooked, like, say, top ramen noodles are? thanks--

While I did not eat the dried uncooked buckwheat ramen, it breaks up just like regular ramen and rice millet ramen; I could hear the snap pop of noodles therefore they should be crunchy too just like the rice millet ramen. (Yes and I tested some buckwheat noodles still in the packet to see how well they broke EXCELLENT}
