I’ve had the blue gi for about a year and a half and it still looks great with no fading, loose stitching, or tears and hasn’t developed any scent - a true testament to its quality. The sleeve stitching has been the only issue I’ve had. I agree with another reviewer that the sleeve stitching is very itchy at first. I used to only wear long sleeve rash guards underneath to keep it from irritating my wrists. Ive gotten so many compliments because of the embroidery and lining. I wasn’t sure how the lining would hold up but it’s still in perfect condition. I also sweat a ton but never feel overheated or weighed down. It’s a slimmer fit then other brands I have so that’s something to keep in mind. Bottom line is that I love this gi and while it is pricy, I will absolutely purchase another shogun gi.
