Ticked off! I only received the pillow, no earplugs or eye mask. I was going on a trip, and opened the bag to see how the pillow fit. I thought the eye mask and earplugs were at the bottom of the bag. I flew out on Wednesday, and only the pillow was in the bag. No earplugs or eye mask. I called Amazon, and they said to mail it back. Box had been recycled, and no other boxes in my home. The pillow is very comfortable, but missing earplugs and eye mask is a problem! Amazon was not assistive. *****Update 12/1/19 The individual seller sent me a complete new product including the ear plugs and mask. They contacted me personally to let me know they were sending out a new product, and contacted me after delivery to ensure that I received the product with all additional items. The pillow is very soft, and use it around the house. The mask is comfortable. Very pleased now that I have all the items. Do not hesitate to buy as the seller did make sure I was satisfied.

Just recently purchase this pillow and it is very comfortable! I already tried it out and it was so comfortable that I fell asleep quickly. The material was not too hot and the pillow has a great form that will adjust to your body and spring back into its original shape when you’re not using it. The eye mask and earplugs will come in handy while traveling. The only reason I did not give this product five stars is the carrying bag. As you can see in the picture the bag was coming apart at the seams before I used it. It is made of cheap nylon that will come apart at the seams easily. The seller also has great customer service! They reply to your questions or issues quickly and address any issues you may be having. I would buy from this seller again.

I have 3 levels fused in my neck so can’t let it slip sideways or forward when I’m trying to nap upright. I travel frequently on flights of 13-16 hours to the opposite hemisphere at least 8 times a year. The Sairieder Travel Pillow works perfectly. The ends have an adjustable cord that snaps together for adjustable fit. The memory foam is stiff enough to hold your head up but doesn’t create pressure points. The snap-together cord also means you can attach it to your luggage without fear of losing it. It rolls up snugly in a nice little pouch and doesn’t take up space when you don’t need it to be handy. I was blown away by the message from the manufacturer before it even arrived, thanking me for my purchase and letting me know they were there to solve any problem I might have. I think it’s priced right. I’m very happy with it after several 13 hour trips in the past few weeks.

I flew around the World carrying this neck pillow and found out that it wasn't tall enough to reach the base of my skull so I got a pain in the neck everytime I used it. I found also that the foam filling got softer over the 24 nights and 12 red-eye flights I endured. UPDATE!! After my first review the seller reached out to me, wanting to know specifically what was wrong with their product. THEY MADE NO REQUEST THAT I CHALLENGE MY REVIEW. They also offered me a partial refund coupon, which I refused. They invited me into the process of improving the product. In short: Customer Service was great! On my next order I would shop their product knowing that they truly service what they sell.
