Just hold the trimmer so that its head is in full contact with your skin.Move the trimmer slowly against the direction of hair growth. When shaving sensitive areas, it's better to stretch the skin with your free hand. It works really good. I enjoy a close cut without having to worry about any cuts

Can this be used for beard trimming？

It's a ball trimmer and designed for below-the-waist grooming.But I bought it and used it on my sideburns first, and it turned out to be well trimmed
