No inside pockets. Start one size bigger if wearing over winter wear.
I would have given up a couple outside pockets for a couple inside ones. I started off ordering a large which was too small. I'm 200 lbs, 5' 10" - so I had to order an XL which still seems small if you're wearing it on the outside of a winter coat. If I had it to do over, I'd start with XXL and work down if I had to.

La tela se ve delgada pero considero que es resistente, por el color creo que está bien para que en época de calor no te haga sudar, me gustó la distribución y forma de las bolsas, puedo calificarlo con 5 estrellas porque no lo he utilizado pero objetivamente creo que es un buen producto
