My favorite shake ever, I have seen a big difference in my weight.

I use this all the time. It’s a great meal replacement drink and it literally tastes like hot cocoa but cold. Make sure u blend it in a blender tho bc it can get chunky if u just stir it.

The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it has a poor chocolate taste, although it does what it advertises"puts on lbs"

hard to mix in but if you use a blender it works well i like the taste fine. but calories are not really from the actual powder it’s from the milk. the powder itself is only around 200 calories per serving
