Favorite lip gloss. Moisturizing and not sticky. Light, soft color. Smells nice too.

These tinted balms give the kind of color with glossy brightness. The formula is comfortable, smooth and hydrating with no stickiness and no aftertaste or smell. The color payoff is sheer to medium which makes them easy to wear without a mirror and they fade evenly instead of catching on dry patches. Also no shimmer or glitter. Hibiscus is a clean peachy shade that brightens the face without pulling orange. It gives a warm lift that looks especially good when wearing earthy tones. Rose is a neutral pink that sits right in the middle of the undertone spectrum. It is not cool and it is not warm. It just looks like your natural lip color made a little better. In natural light the difference is clear. Hibiscus has a gentle peach warmth and Rose has a balanced pink tone. Both shades wear the same and the choice comes down to whether you want a warm peach or a true neutral pink.

I really like this gloss! -Tarte brand has cleaner ingredients than a lot of other brands and it is animal cruelty free. -gloss color is subtle enough to not over power your look - but has enough depth to enhance your lips. -the glossy look remains while the gloss is on your lips; it doesn’t fade. -however, I’ve noticed that if you eat, drink, anything rubs against your lips, it will start to remove the gloss. So the lasting power isn’t anything super special. Lasts better than your average gloss, but far from being anything close to a stain. -application tip: blot it along your lips versus swiping it. The gloss is thick and somewhat sticky, so I have found it applies most evenly with this method. I will purchase again bc when it’s on, it looks amazing and makes me feel pretty. (Just wish I didn’t have to reapply so often.)

I absolutely love this lip balm gloss! I’m very picky about lip gloss because most formulas feel sticky and uncomfortable, but this one is completely different. This is soft, hydrating, and leaves my lips looking shiny without that heavy, sticky feeling. It feels comfortable to wear and keeps my lips moisturized. If you’re someone who usually avoids lip gloss because of the texture, I highly recommend giving this one a try. It’s one of the few lip products I’ve found that I genuinely enjoy wearing, and I’ll definitely continue purchasing it. Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say about it.

I ordered the hibiscus and I love that color and I love the texture. However, the packaging sucks. It literally stops allowing you to click up more product when there is still something like 25% to 30% left. And for an expensive lip gloss that’s not cool.
