Wish I had purchased a whole lot more the first time around. This mouthwash is extremely powerful and I see a major difference by using it in combination with the bamboo brush. Be sure to lay it gently on the gum line, making small circles and pushing up, if you’re on the mandibular jaw. Small circles and pushing down if you’re on the maxillary jaw. I was in the dental field and firmly believe that this product can help anyone who may need gingival repair (periodontal issues or recession) if used regularly along with the soft brush. I appreciate the travel packs and can get two uses out of each packet.

Like ingredients not being toxic. Good mouthwash. Convenient small packages for travel, car or purse.

Missing tea tree oil and coconut, very similar to my homemade mouthwash with xylitol. But it is repairing my gum from where fillings came out, i have no cavity now but every one of my fillings came out within two weeks. I didn't have cavities until my late, late 30's, ever, and never had my teeth cleaned and so i made my own mouthwash and my teeth looked amazing. but bc i smoked my gums need special care and a medication I'm on now, the FDA is stating it can cause tooth decay. My wisdom teeth never came in and so my teeth and placement are all messed up; i bite the side of my mouth and grind on my lower front teeth and it causes gum irritations. So, it's easier swishing with coconut oil and adding some tea tree oil if needed but it's not bad tasting and it works on tooth pain, like clove oil. Just a little i swallow and it's fine (but not on purpose or in larger doses than taking your finger, or a q-tip to apply to gumline for temp. pain relief. And it's not easy making my mouthwash and costly and when it's cold the coconut oil will harden a little (if u do not melt before mixing. So, this with coconut and tea tree oil, helps drastically. And it works better than Orajel for temp pain relief. just dip ur pinky finger in the pouch, dab on tooth and gum; a trace amount. Fold it over and it stays oily. Then insider is tin lined

I've been using the Tooth and Gums Tonic for years and it's awesome. What I love most is that it's all natural and doesn't have any of the harsh chemicals or alcohol that other mouthwashes do.
