Is this the same as the Mustela Dermo-Cleansing? If so, has anyone noticed a difference in the new product?

No difference. But I prefer the old one better because it lather well.

Has anyone compared this to their stelatopia line? my lo has dry skin that thrives on the stelatopia but it's twice the price of this gel cleanser.

I have used both I liked this a little better because after a bath and then twice after I would just wet a cotton ball and apply my baby had dry skin and eczema it was hard to clear - this did the trick for her 😉 hope this was helpful

وصلتي المنتج بشكل مشكوك فيه : ١- كان المنتج موضوع في كيس بلاستيك نفس المستخدم للسندوتشات ،و حفظ الاطعمة ٢- المنتج وصلني باسم شخص غريب ( مزمل علي ) رغم ان العنوان عنواني ، و لما سألت السائق اللي يوصل من هو هذا مزمل علي ، اجابني لانه هو من طلب مني التوصيل لعنوانكم ؟؟!!! . ٣- قوام الشامبو و لونه لم يكن نفس اللي متعودة عليه

Non posso che dare 5 stelle a questo prodotto. Cercavo un detergente per fare il bagnetto al mio bimbo, volendo anche da utilizzare per il cambio pannolino. Mi hanno consigliato di provare mustela. Mi sono trovata molto bene. Con tutti i prodotti di questa marca che ho avuto modo di provare. Spedizione ovviamente niente da dire, un giorno ed è arrivato, con prime. Il prodotto è arrivato integro, e conforme alla descrizione. Sono 750ml di detergente delicato, profumazione lieve e delicata , ma molto piacevole. Nessuna irritazione. Prodotto con dosatore, molto comodo . In farmacia sarebbe costato il doppio. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Soddisfatta pienamente.
