I was initially drawn to this product because the recipe is comparable to the nearly $200 Skinceuticals product and figured it was worth a shot. While I haven't touched that product, I did use Vichy Vitamin C & this product is infinitely better!! I saw visible brightening within a WEEK. I will however add that using more than a couple drops did significantly dry out my skin, I reduced how much I was using and achieved my golden ratio. This product is highly effective, sits well with my other products, no residue or piling. Now lets talk about the smell... it smells like a vitamin C, it's not uncommon for them to have a strange fragrance, i don't mind it, it goes away once the product is absorbed, don't let the fragrance push you away from this amazing product! 100% would recommend.

I love this serum. It’s lightweight and non greasy residue, but thick enough to set into the skin leaving you feeling moisturized and elastic. My skin looks so clear and bright since using this once daily in the morning. Zero irritation and definitely effective.

Just as effective as SkinCeuticals. I'm probably seeing more efficacy with Minimalist than SkinCeuticals, probably because the price point allows me to use it more generously. I'm seeing the same results in terms of brightness. I'm probably never going to go back to SkinCeuticals. I'm glad I discovered Minimalist and The Ordinary. Both brands are just as good as high-end products, at least the ones I've used so far. FYI, I'm treating dull, aging, dry skin with minimal wrinkles, but crepeness under the eyes and large pores in the nose and apples of the cheeks. I'm using this in the daytime by layering with a peptide serum, an alphahydroxy serum, and a moisturizer with marula oil. It's unscented, but it doesn't have that funky hot-dog water smell ferulic acid is supposed to have, but it still seems to be working. I have had no irritation or issues since switching.

Great serum, dark bottle so no oxidation, pleasant grapefruity smell, works well. Love this brand!

I think the product goes on nicely and makes my skin look good. I like that it is 16% vitamin C. The price is reasonable. However, there is a weird and unpleasant smell. kind of like burnt rubber/ hot dog water. it goes away after a few hours but I am not sure I can tolerate it and may not continue using it.

I’ve said it before & I’ll say it again & again…this product is the real deal. I’ve used a medical grade of this & the ingredients are almost exactly the same!!! I’ll continue to purchase this.

I found this product to be really good and genuine. I started noticing visible results within 2–3 weeks. While it may not work the same way for everyone, as results depend on your skin type and texture, the formula is lightweight and comfortable to use. For long-term use, I think it’s a great product.

I have had compliments on my skin when using this in the morning. Good consistency and goes on skin smoothly. It does smell a bit weird (probably the ferulic acid), but not bad enough for me not to use it, and I'm quite sensitive to smell. AM: Let your moisturiser dry, then add some of this and you will have GLOWY skin. Be intuitive and don't use on days where your skin feels too dry or irritated. I keep it in its box to avoid contact with light. I would say good value for money, though I haven't tried many other vitamin C skin products to compare, as this one works well for me and is a decent price. I've bought this twice and would recommend.

J'ai essayé ce sérum sans vraiment connaître la marque mais je ne suis pas déçue du tout. J'en suis à mon deuxième flacon. Mon visage est beaucoup moins terne et les irrégularités disparaissent petit à petit. N'hésitez pas, je le recommande vraiment.
