It takes a lot of assembling.. you’re basically building the entire house! But after I was done putting it together, there was definitely added specialness to the toy knowing you practically built it! Instructions were easy to follow and once you have the frame up, it goes pretty fast from there. The details of the house are so cool and the mini furniture it comes with are so cute! The added kitchen and living room lights were so much fun! My boys loved it. The garage fit there toy car perfectly. The house is VERY sturdy once built so they will enjoy this for years to come along with any other little visitors we have! My favorite part is the carrying handle up top making it easy to move if needed. Would definitely recommend!

We use this dollhouse soooo much! It’s full of creative play. Only complaint is the stairs fall down a lot and don’t stay super well, I will likely super glue them

We love this dollhouse. We were between this dollhouse and the much higher rated all seasons one by Hape. The selling point for us was the garage and awning. I have two boys that play with this and both love cars and one is obsessed with our awning in real life so was excited that their play house included one. I had no issues with poor quality paint or poorly fitting pieces. My 3 and 4 year old can easily open and close the garage. The dollhouse is sturdy and easy to assemble. The only poor reviews I agree with is that the lights fall easily as do the stairs. Stronger magnets would be great but my sons love the lights and love removing and rearranging them or just playing with them so I prefer them falling easily vs being difficult to remove. The stairs I’ll admit need improvement. I’m considering gluing them. Not a dealbreaker for me though since my older son likes to remove those too and is very satisfied with how easy that is to do. Not many dollhouses had working lights, a garage, awning, and included furniture. I don’t regret this purchase at all and rarely leave reviews but there were so many negative reviews that I was almost scared to buy this. I’m glad I took the plunge because this dollhouse is a perfect fit for us. I’ll try to get a picture in daylight too and add. This one of it decorated for Christmas was all I found on my phone. It

Cute dollhouse! Kids like it, ages 2.5 (girl) and 6 (boy) good size, easy to move around w the handle. It could be much sturdier. The stair cases (both) constantly fall off (always mean to super glue them) and the railings can be pulled off which my kids do frequently. The little yard thing is kinda wonky, its nice that it slides under, but it doesn't not fully and not always evenly, which is eh... whatever. Definitely will show wear if my kids abuse it, which they would and have tried. Not wood, some kind of synthetic - y type of material I'd assume pressed cardboard? I have no clue maybe a teeny bit of actual wood mixed in lol. But not super solid. So if you kids wanna knock it over again and again and try and stand on it (my kids and all the kids I've ever met) I'd maybe shoot for something more sturdy. But otherwise, super cute dollhouse and set of furniture. But cool, versatile toy, that if it holds up, can be played with and enjoyed in endless way.

My kids love it! It’s the perfect doll house with a lot of amenities and keeps them busy playing for a long time. The light that turns on and the garage is a special feature not all doll houses have. It was easy to assemble, took a little time but had good instructions!

So I wanted to love this doll house… but assembling it was just impossible, oh we did it but I felt like everytime we started a new step something broke or was drilled properly so it wouldn’t align well… the wood is so cheap it broke in half we had to use some glue and I wasn’t even using any force to put the screw in, it chipped in other places… The lights don’t stay put, I think I might have to put some double sided tape or something… For the price I was really expecting something else, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this item

My toddler loves playing with this house! The assembly was ok, missing labels for some parts. The lights and stairs are easy to remove. Wished the there was the yellow bedding for the kid’s bunk beds like the master bed on the box. Overall, it’s cute, fun and so far durable.

The house came together quite easily, and is better than I expected. As soon as it was put together, my kids (2 & 3yrs) played with it for a few hours. The accessories that came with it are great. The size is nice - it's big enough that the kids can play sitting comfortably in front of it. My only con would be that the paper scenery glued onto the wooden frame/walls/floor peels a bit around the edges. I would recommend this item.

This doll house is gorgeous! My 2 year old loves it !!! She loves to play with the doors and windows and loves to put the people in their beds to sleep. It took less than an hour to put together and is very sturdy. I don't know why people reviewed saying it was hard to put together or faulty design but for us this was a breeze. a big plusfore is that the green space on the front of the house is not attached so it easily slides under the house so its out of the way when not in use so definitely a space saver. The only down sides are the lights are held on with magnets which make them fall down easily. They are very sturdy so I don't think they will break but it's still kind of annoying. I will be putting Velcro to help them stick up. Also the stairs won't stay up so I will be gluing them down and the toilet seat lid does not open which is a minor down side. It just would have been fun. So besides these minor issues this house is absolutely beautiful. Lots of imagination play and just amazing fun all around. I 100 % recommend this house.

Lovely from start to finish

Buscaba una casa de madera para mis hijas de 3 y 5 años. Es la más completa. Me gusta que tenga escaleras y garaje y que sea abierta por los laterales para que puedan jugar mejor. Las piezas están muy bien para esta edad, ya que no son piezas muy pequeñas que puedan resultar peligrosas. Las luces me encantan aunque el imán es algo débil pero le puedes comprar imanes y asunto arreglado. Muy contenta.

l'ho presa per mio figlio,voleva la casa delle bambole perchè gioca sempre all'asilo e me la chiedeva da tempo,è una cassetta unisex,va bene per maschi e femmine.molto bella,fatta bene,resistente abbastanza direi,ha un anno ed è ancora intatta,le lucine che si accendono sono bellisime,danno un aspetto realistico alla cassetta,la consiglio veramente.
