Tangy and tartly sweet, this cranberry extract is perfection. I use it to enhance the flavor in recipes calling for dried cranberries. Cranberries alone can be okay, but adding this extract makes the taste AMAZING. It's great for dessert ices and as an addition to punch. Have a care using this solo in cooking or baking. The cranberry flavor can weaken with heat.

Flavorless
Not much maple flavor ...very weak compared to the mapleine I am used to. Actually I discarded it as I could not make a pancake syrup with any maple flavor in it .

Cherry bread
I used in a bread receipe and added cherry infused raisins. Crasions. Spelling wrong. Added walnuts Used this as in place of vanilla extract but used more cherry few drops more. Delicious !!!!! You could add blueberry’s or cherries themselves.
