Great product, I think. Tastes HORRIBLE! Not much masks it but still have been drinking since my iron levels are so low!

When I received it, the container was wet from leaking, so my fingers felt salty and mineral-like—similar to a magnesium topical. I decided to try it in coffee, since that’s usually how I add things like prebiotics. The taste was definitely different, but not immediately off-putting. However, as I got closer to the end of the cup, it became pretty unpleasant, almost metallic to me. I didn’t care for it much, and I don’t think I’ll be finishing the bottle. I also don’t really want to try it in other foods or drinks, as there are other ways for me to get these minerals.

This is a great product to help with insomnia, muscle cramps, and anxiety caused by a keto diet or if you're on a GLP-1. It's nice because it doesn't have sweeteners or flavoring added. However the design of the bottle makes it hard to squirt so you have to put it in a larger glass to drink it. I'm used to the kind you just drop in your mouth.

I do not know why they went to a squirrel bottle instead of a dropper bottle. Not useful, makes a mess. Now im even more upset that I lost my old one.... still a great product though. Just the bottle sucks.
