Bench to table, one-two-three
Easy to put together and switch from bench to table. I bought two items. I had a missing screw and one leg had a crack. I sent an email note to the company on a Friday and received a call from the company on Monday. Four days later the missing part and replacement leg was delivered to my house. Why did you pick this product vs others?: This product was lighter in weight and I coulhd easily move it around my patio by myself. I also liked that it could take the weather. Seating: I like that I can make it a bench or table. Each bench three people can sit comfortably. Alignment: Parts easily fit together and all holes were aligned.

Great, great conversion bench
This bench is exactly what I was hoping it would be. It's very sturdy. It is super easy to convert to table. It's attractive and I can easily move it from outside to inside if needed. I needed more room when my kids and grandkids were over for family meals. We had to eat in shifts which I felt defeated the purpose. This bench is perfect. I can move it inside and it easily seats 4 kids -sometimes we even have 5 on it. We can all eat together. Also, my grands love to do crafts. Again, this works perfectly for them to draw, glue, cut out, etc. either in the play area or outside patio. Outside the adults enjoy the bench while watching kiddos- easily moving bench into sun or in shade or patio depending on weather. I am considering purchasing another bench before spring. We eat outside a lot and 2 makes a picnic table.

Great 2-way bench and panic table. Best to have 2 units.
This is a newer version of the design with little more sitting space and back space. This is lightweight but sturdy. Very easy to assemble. It feels like you can just put in your car to go an outdoor trip with you. The attraction is that it can easily transform from a bench to a picnic table with a single flip of the back support. It is best to have two units for family. It does give you a commercial looking like a park, so my wife doesnโt feel it fits household. It would be great for school or office for outdoor use. But sure if this is kid safe for two reasons: 1. It is lightweight and easily being pushed around. There is no anchor to stable the bench in one place. 2. The flipping of the back support has no locking system. When someone converting to bench or otherwise and a hand is there will get hurt badly.

Easy peasy!
I ordered two of these for my new house with the recently finished back yard. The yard isn't big so these will do double duty for seating around the fire pit or put together as a table in the covered patio. The paved area here is 11x11 ft. I wouldn't want these much longer or someone on the end would be further from the pit. The backs have just the right slant and they seem strong and supportive without being unforgiving to the bottom. These assembled in 15-20 minues each. There are only 4 bolts and the rest is just sliding planks into fittings and pushing them down. I found a rubber mallot handy for that part. One set of predrilled holes didn't align exactly right so I twisted the end of utility scissors in that hole just enough to get the bolt through. That was no big deal either. Not enough to have a fit and return the bench. ๐คฃ Glad I picked these!

Great benches and great tables! But, watch your toes.
We absolutely love these benches. They were easy to put together and keeping them clean is really just as simple as wiping them down. We had been looking for something for our back porch where we wanted a dining table option as well as more casual seating. Ordering 2 of these seemed to be a logical solution. When we're not eating out there, we have them in the bench position in an L shape on the porch. When we want to eat, we just swing 1 around to meet the other and make a table out of it. I was skeptical at first that the table surface would be able to handle the weight, but we've had no problems sitting 6 with food at the table (2 adults on each bench and a chair at each end). The half-table setup was great for a kids party so we could have 2 tables set up without losing as much of the floor space. I only have 2 complaints, but I don't think they warrant dropping a star. We find ourselves kicking the A frame as we walk past quite frequently when it's set up in the table mode. I think that very bottom part sticks out a bit further past the back of the bench than it needs to. I'd say it's just me being a klutz, but it has happened to several other people as well. The other thing I'd change is the internal parts of the A frame and the support triangles are carved out (hollow with support slats). These little nooks get filthy and are a bit harder to clean than if there were just flat surfaces. We really do love these benches, and will likely be getting 2 more so we have even more seating.

Great, multi-functional, attractive!
We LOVE these benches! We have two and use them daily as benches and every once in a while, we push them together to use as a picnic table. They are functional, easy on the eyes, and easy to clean. I do recommend trying to keep them under a roof if possible to eliminate dirt and grime from getting in all of the crevices and indentations, as it might require a power washer to truly clean them after the dirt has sat on the surfaces for a while. I also recommend treating them as gently as possible, as they are rather lightweight by design and could break if dropped or similar (we had one in a storage unit that broke when the movers packed it too tightly and it got caught on the door mechanism, but of course we replaced it!). We purchased ours for less than $100, which I think is a fair price. Highly recommend these benches! I want two more for our front porch!

Fantastic bench/table combo
I read the bad reviews of missing hardware and people getting used product. We bought 2 of them and they were well packaged, unscuffed and had all the parts. Assembly for the first bench took about 15 minutes, the second took about 10. I needed a Phillips screwdriver and a 3/8th inch socket, a wrench or even pliers probably would have worked for the 3/8 inch locknuts, there's only 4, with Philips head bolts to match. A rubber mallet was helpful in aligning and seating the pieces, but it could have been done without it. The bench seems solid and when configured as a table, doesn't seem like it's front heavy and would tip, I'm sure if kids tried to climb a single bench configured as a half table from the table side it might tip, but that seems like an obvious thing. The supports under the bench seems strong enough to hold a fair amount of weight. The material is reminiscent of the resin patio chairs that everyone is familiar with, but blockier and more reinforced than those standard patio chairs. The planks that make up the bench and tabletop / bench back appear pretty close to dimensional 2x6,2x4,2x6 configuration and although made of vinyl/resin, are inner chambered to offer rigidity. So far so good, we'll see how they hold up in the Florida sun, but I've had cheap resin chairs last for years made of the same material but with less structural design than this has. Again, the hardware is only 4 bolts with locknuts in the base crossbar. No screws in the planks for table or bench seat. Seems stable though. Feels solid.
