Emergency Radio Review: Excellent Portable Radio - One feature I like about this radio is the sound quality of the radio. The radio is very clear and it comes with earbuds. I tried the hand crank and it works great! No batteries needed unless you want to use them. Easy to operate with Lots of great features; including a reading light, flashlight, emergency signal, and NOAA. Lots of charging options as stated in the product description. I purchased it as a NOAA radio for an emergency kit but can be used daily because it is compact. Good price for a great radio. Review: Impressive - Looks sturdy, feels well made and performs well in terms of sensitivity audio clarity are excellent as well as the NOAA weather Service signals come clear and are easily tuned. This is true as well for TH signals. The performance is impressive as well considering the price of this particular model! The instructions are fairly detailed the only gap that could use clarification is that the radio used three AAA batteries and it not clear if these are regular or rechargeable batteries and if rechargeable if they get recharged along with the Li battery in the radio! These batteries are not included with the radio. Ideally they should be rechargeable but the instructions are silent on this and could be interpreted as regular alkaline cells. In any case highly recommended and a great buy!

Great tool to feel prepared for anything
I bought this emergency radio mainly for hurricane season and power outages, and Iโm honestly impressed. The build is solid, the sound is better than expected, and it offers multiple ways to charge โ USB-C, solar, hand crank, or AAA batteries. What I personally found most useful: Clear reception on AM/FM/NOAA The flashlight and reading light are super handy at night LCD screen makes it easy to use Compact and lightweight โ easy to throw in a backpack Itโs one of those things you hope you donโt need often, but Iโm really glad to have it around just in case. Iโll be showing how I keep it ready in my emergency kit on my Instagram @eriktaveras. Simple, practical, and feels like a smart buy.
