Rolled a pair or 4 1/2 ID rings using 1x1/8 A36. Simple enough! I used a file to cut a nick in the adjuster knob so I could count turns and get back to a previous point of adjustment. Very helpful. If you want to make multiple rings cut multiple pieces of stock and run them all through, one pass each before you adjust the knob. This is a low cost tool so don’t expect too much. If you are working around your house and need a part now and then it will do fine. If you are planning on using this tool to make money with it it will probably drive you nuts! I recommend it for the homeowner.

Heavy-duty, functions well. I needed to radius sq. tubing for my driveway wall this unit made short work of my need. I am not a metal worker I just had it home do-it-yourself need. This fit the bill perfectly. Purchase with confidence.

The only real thing I have a problem with is the handle it comes in two pieces, I ended up having to weld it to keep it from untighting. The second problem with the handle is the rubber part on the end is fixed, and it rubs in your hand as you twist it. Rubs blisters in your hand as you work it, its low geared, so you spin the handle numbers times. It needs a spinning grip. Other wise good quality machine.

Did a great job rolling Aluminum tube.

They misspelled the name, it should be caca. It doesn’t work at all with square tubing. As soon as you get the slightest bend going, the tubing will swell at the sides and binds up in the dies. Absolutely useless.

If your trying to make rings, this is want you don’t want. I tested them all, Baleigh, Woodward, harbor freight and Kaka. Only Kaka rolls straight 1/4” rods, I even rolled 5/16” but that puts a lot of stress on the unit and I don’t recommend. All in All it’s the best ring roller on the market. Take it from someone who has tried them all!

I had some 1x2x3/6 that I needed to roll, so I put the lock rings to the sides and then set t1x2 rectangle tube between the two sides and slide into with no pressure. Great tighten the screw down one turn started rolling. It worked out well with no clasping of tube only where I started and stopped back and forth between the two ends. Rolled it up 3 inches for a rocking chair bench. Making it easy.

Came way to greased up. Quality isn't all there for a $100 but all and all I would buy again

Item is as described, well built, except handle is in two pieces, probably for packaging purposes, but a little welding will fix that! Delivery was prompt. Great tool for bending and making circles with round and flat stock for x-mas decorations.

I received the bender yesterday and got it mounted to my welding table. Within an hour of getting it I was trying it out. The bender appears to be well built. It bends the curves easily, just don't rush it as I'm positive you will link the material if you do. You are pretty much on your own to figure out how to use this properly as the are NO instructions on how to properly use the bender, only setup instructions are included. I'm hoping Google and YouTube will be a help so I don't waste material. I spent a couple of hours playing with it with scrap peices and the curves were good and got better as I kept playing. Having never done stuff like this before I was impressed with my results. I would recommend both the seller and the bender to my friends.

Works great! It would be nice if the rollers could fit 5/16” or 8 mm diameter material.

Works fine but be aware that the 1” is as wide as this can handle, and as for thickness, less than 1/8”. Other than the limitations on this roller, it’s well made and does (just) what is advertised. Would recommend it on its quality built.
