I will never go back to non-memory foam pillows again. This pillow is so comfortable. The best pillow I have ever bought.

The media could not be loaded.  Amazing pillow, it took me years to finally find the right one.Firm but not hard like others I had, meaning that it won't sink but it's still soft to touch.The cooling gel actually works (very curious) and it's the perfect size for both women and men as there are the two sides one higher than the other and the length of a standard pillow too. I've tried different ones before... some to soft, some to hard, some the bumps were not really there and some were children's size. This one is just perfect.I agree with the other reviews where people said that what you see in the pictures/description is what you get. Even though some people might not like it because everyone is different and might like different firmness, It baffles me to read the negative reviews because in this case the pillow completely matches the description and it's a good quality product. The bumps do not sink or deform (keeps its shape), it does not smell of anything (you can still wash the pillowcase), it's not to hard nor to soft... Just perfect!

I think with these pillows you need to find the right size. I tried a few and this fits me perfectly. Others were just too high or too flat. I am 163cm tall (or short whatever you prefer 😂) and I sleep on the smaller side (8cm). I think the pillow manufacturers should consider making at least two or three different sizes of the same product with different bump heights because one really doesn't fit all.The last several nights have been a total life changer for me thanks to this pillow. No longer I wake up with a lower back pain or a neck pain and I have been struggling with these small aches for years. First I thought it was my mattress but a few weeks ago I woke up in the middle of the night with terrible pain in my neck. I had to roll my normal pillow under my neck to create some neck support (it relieved the pain) and this led me to a conclusion that maybe I need a different pillow rather than a new mattress. My sleep is now so restful and I even dream more 😁. Moreover, I breathe better.One small advice... The pillow is quite firm compared to the standard fluffy pillow. I recommend not to give up after one night. Give it at least 3 to 5 days to get used to it.

I got this pillow in the hope that it would give my neck good support during my sleep time. I sleep on my side and need good support. This is a good pillow for neck support, it has 2 thicknesses to choose from and has a cooling gel membrane which surprisingly does work up to a point - better then nothing! I is a hard pillow made out of memory foam and takes a little getting used to. Cost was not too much of an issue when sleep is being lost night after night. I am more than happy with this pillow. I have nothing to do with the Amazon owner, Jeff Besos and only ask that he donates all his money to the starving of the world!!

I never really bother with reviews but this has actually removed agonising pain in my neck and shoulder. I have EDS and chronic pain I also never manage to sleep through the night I always wake up at least once. The pain in my neck and shoulder had become unmanageable with morphine so I thought I would try this. The first day it did not ease the pain but that first night I slept all the way through. On the second day the pain seemed a bit less and I slept through that night too. By the third day the pain was nearly gone and today I can't feel it at all and I've slept through every night which is amazing. It is soft but supportive I get too hot very easily and that has not been an issue either. I recommend this product very strongly I think it would improve sleep even if you don't have problems with pain.

The cooling gel layer adds to the comfort of this memory foam pillow. Using the pillow cover provided the cooling gel is noticeable while not being too cold, and it does prevent the pillow from becoming too warm during this weather as usually happens with a memory foam pillow. The support it offers is just right for me. The fact it has 2 'depths' is brilliant. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.

I like this pillow. It protects and cradles my neck however I do need to raise it by an inch by putting something under it.

I love this pillow it really really helps with the neck pain I’d been getting from just regular microfibre bouncy pillows that whilst comfy for a little while don’t offer me any support for the night. I was a bit dubious about these as I didn’t want to feel like I was sleeping on a brick lol they look quite boxy! But actually it’s really comfy and curves right into that space between your neck and shoulder. So comfy! Only thing is there’s a chemical smell off the pillow case so I’ll stick it into the washing machine with some nice Lenor! Highly recommend!
