Can you use a color laser printer on these?

Laser printers use heat to adhere toner to the paper - since these react to heat it would probably ruin your printer.

Can you successfully use a printer to print designs on these? I have only seen the printable shrink films be white, not transparent like this version.

It's not really transparent. It's frosted to being borderline white.
