Being both a coeliac and a diabetic I've always felt deprived when my husband tucked into cakes that he could eat anytime without worrying how much sugar was in it and whether the flour was a gluten free version as he's neither coeliac or diabetic lucky ****!So imagine my delight when I discovered this product !! And I'm so happy because with minimum effort the baked and/or microwaved results are....?Absolutely fabulous Darlings!!and 100% recommended!!

The pouches inside the cardboard box are heat sealed plastic with no space around the powder so no matter how you open them, either by tearing or cutting with scissors, will always partly end up on your counter around the mug.The mix, prepared as described (with egg and butter), tastes bitter and not sweet at all. I made it through half of a cake mug and threw the rest. I tried again a day later with a second pouch, but used real butter instead of proactive margarine, exactly the same result. The remaining 4 pouches went in the bin - just not worth the calories.Maybe my taste buds are different to the other reviewer who gave it 5 stars, but I won't be buying again.

Really lovely. Please do different flavours. Vanilla or red velvet would be great. Perfect size in a mug instead of making a full size one & it going to waste.
