Bought this as a gift, and the recipient absolutely loved it! The sound quality is excellent, and it's very easy to use. Bluetooth and app connectivity work seamlessly, making it convenient to enjoy music in different ways. The premium finish and classic design look beautiful and add a touch of elegance to home décor. The song collection is fantastic, and the packaging was secure and well-done. A perfect gift for music lovers!

Good but after 2 days all functions has been stopped. And help of customer care repaired it. After repairing again I received this item. This process was approximately 15 days. Now working in normal condition. I will suggest to everyone like this items should buy from off line.

Huge collection with several options including radio. Fairly good sound quality. Easy to operate and carry outdoors.

Don’t Buy Saregama Portable Music Player. This is the most useless product. I purchased this on 02 June 2026. It worked perfectly for the first 10 days, after that it started giving lot of problems. Whenever I play any song, the music and the voice of the Singer starts breaking and this goes on till the end of the song. I registered my complaint with Saregama Helpline, which is really pathetic,no action was taken, instead they asked me to register my complaint on their email. I sent an email on 24th June. I’m still waiting for a response from them till today(06 June 2026).

Perfect item for my grandmother... She loved it and the sound quality? Insane felt like I was listening in the old speakers... The quality was that much good 👍 and the 5000 recorded songs is just perfect...

Last year, I purchased a caravan Go 2.0 as a gift for my brother-in-law's birthday. Unfortunately, it didn't function properly due to software issues. Noon graciously accepted it for repair after the warranty expired. However, even after repairs, the problem persisted. We had to return it and receive a refund. This year, I tried Amazon platform and purchased another caravan, this time the Caravan 2.0. Disappointingly, it also had flaws. The packaging showed signs of handling, and the product itself seemed used. Although it initially worked after charging, the handle broke before I could gift-wrap it, shattering my hopes. While the concept is appealing, the quality is lacking, so I advise against purchasing it

Great retro look! Sound quality is also great. Have had it only for a couple of days, so haven’t explored all the songs, but for lovers of old Hindi classics, this is an amazing present! The app is very useful to search for a particular song or create playlists, as you can’t do that on the device itself.

Amazing product!! There are lots of high quality old Hindi songs included here that makes you feel nostalgic and brings back good old memories. The speakers sound pretty decent and there is also a Bluetooth feature included so you can listen to your own music. I also like how you can listen to FM/AM radio straight from the music player. The battery life could be longer but its not that bad and still lasts at least a few hours. The price is well worth it and this product makes the perfect gift for loved ones who love listening to old music.

Just love it!!! So glad to have it. My daily mornings start with Caravan (devotional) and so many songs selections and option to play various artists is amazing. Plus "Geetmala" with Mr. Amin Sayani is like the cherry on top :) If you are a music lover like I am, you are definitely gonna love it
