imperia fettuccine cutter
cuts my pasta perfectly every time. maybe just make sure it comes with a crank handle, because the r220 handle doesn't fit the same hole, but I found it for $10 online. recipie I have been using is 100 grams of flour (50/50 semolina and bread flours) and 1 egg, with a pinch of salt and a drop of oil. really idiot proof. scale it from there.
