Fintie Clear Case for iPad Air 11-inch & iPad Air 5th/4th Generation 10.9"

I just received it, first impressions, it’s gorgeous, sleek, the colors are beautiful, I got the pink peach ombré and it’s like the inside of a shell, so pretty! The protective peely film on the back and inside was a bit of a pain to remove because the little tabs just peeled off and I had to use my fingernails to peel it up. Be careful opening boxes, I cut the Amazon tape and put a little cut in the front because it was right up against the top, my fault, but just fyi. It’s not a big scratch, but maybe a pretty sticker will cover it. I made myself a printed insert to go in the back and even with that added layer the iPad fit into the back part with no issues. I had an apple Smart Folio on it for several years, it was getting a bit ragged, so time for a new one. But the pros of the new cover are that the cover won’t randomly slide off the back of the iPad when the angle and pressure are just right, I have had so many close calls when it started to slide off the back :P The space for the pencil is also a plus, it always fell off in my purse with the old cover because things would push it off. I always worried about losing it when out and about. It will probably take a minute to get used to the rubber lip around the iPad and the extra bit at the top for the pencil, the apple cover was extremely minimal and unobtrusive. But this cover is a fraction of the price for the fancy minimalist apple ones, so it’s not a bad trade off. Update One day in, I have cut away the edge of the little opening above the pencil, because wrestling with that was not convenient, so now instead of an opening, there’s a gap and it’s much easier to get it in and out without issue. The reviewers who mentioned that stubby fingers wouldn’t have fun getting the pencil out were entirely correct. Update 6-3-26 The rubber edging has come away from the clear plastic backing on the edge where the charging port is located. I’ve taped it up so I don’t mess with it. I think it’s because I always have it in landscape and pick it up and hold it by that edge so it gets the most wear. I still think it’s a great cover, I’d buy it again.

Really a must buy. Price point is great and the case is perfect fit and look! If you like seeing the color of your iPad and having a safe case, this is it!

Inside, the soft microfiber lining does a fantastic job of keeping the screen free from smudges and micro-scratches. The magnets inside the front flap are surprisingly strong—they snap firmly to the screen and instantly trigger the automatic wake/sleep function every single time. What I Wish I Knew Before Buying:Drop Protection: This is strictly a slim scratch-and-scuff protector. It does not have rugged, thick rubber bumpers, so if you frequently drop your tablet on concrete, you will want a heavier case.Stand Angles: The trifold flap folds into two positions: a steep angle for watching videos and a shallow angle for typing. While it works perfectly on a flat desk or nightstand, it can be a little wobbly if you try to balance it on a soft blanket or your lap.Pencil Compatibility: The side cutout leaves just enough room for the Apple Pencil to magnetically attach and charge on the side of the iPad without having to pop the case off. Final Verdict:4.5/5 stars. If you use your iPad around the house, at a coffee shop, or slip it inside a backpack sleeve, this case is a flawless budget alternative to Apple's expensive smart covers.

Great case made out of amazing quality. I enjoy the clear back for the iPad and it makes it very comfortable to hold. I like the slot for the Apple Pencil Pro, as it lets it hook on via magnetics and allowed to charge. Would buy another case again if needed as the product quality definitely is worth the money.

This is my second time buying a case from them. Same color and same mod. My first one lasted for two years. It got dirty and the glue is somewhat not working anymore, so I had to replace it. It fits perfectly with my air, and it has a shock-proof mechanism too. Overall it’s a good quality case. It really does what it claims.

A case with a magnetic cover that easily becomes a solid stand. If you have an Apple Pencil there’s a slot for that too. Also, the back is transparent so you can view the iPad color. After all, you chose a specific iPad color why hide it. I’ve purchased Fintie cases before and they make quality cases for the price. One thing I would like that I haven’t seen on any manufacturers case is a built in sliding cover for the camera lenses.

Very neat looking. I bought it to replace an old one of the same brand, which lasted a solid 3+ years before needing a change (and I take my iPad everywhere, university, holidays, etc). Fits well, protects the iPad and is very light.
