what kind and how much padding are in the seat and knee parts?

It is about 3" of medium firm foam rubber. It is enough to cushion your bottom and legs comfortably. I think it is just right.

what is the angle of the seat?

The seat has three different levels it can be slanted/ angled at. It can either be flat, or the front can angle down either one or two inches.

Do you still have the black color option available? Would love to be able to get this in the black instead of wood and grey.
