I needed a power bank for a camping trip. For the size and price, this one looked good. Plus, I have had good luck with Belkin products in the past. The build quality is very good. I like it has two USB ports and a USB-C port. The USB-C port is how you charge the battery bank. Also, the USB-C port can be used to charge your device, it is bi-directional. There is a button on the side to turn the power on. On the other side are four led lights to let you know how much battery is remaining in the power bank. I charged my phone 3 times with this power bank during the camping trip and it it still had one led light left. It is very easy to use. The one thing to remember, if you plug in a device to charge and it draws very little power while charging, the power bank will auto shut down after a while. So, you have to push the power button again to turn it back on. It will then start charging again and then time out again and shut off and so on. The auto power off has to do this or the unit will stay on forever and eventually drain the battery even if you are not charging anything. It is not a flaw. It just has to draw the line somewhere when it is going to auto power down. But, if you charge any "normal" device (like a phone), it will draw enough power where the battery bank will see it and leave itself turned on until the phone is fully charged. Overall, I am very happy with this power bank.

Solved: It was the cables I ordered along with the battery (different vendor). I tried a cable that I KNEW worked, and it works on the USB-C port on the battery to charge other devices. Original, retracting, but keeping for other's knowledge: I ordered this battery because I wanted portable quick-charge of my USB-C devices. The battery only charges devices from the USB-A ports. The C port does not appear to work as a charging source. Perhaps I need a different USB-C-to-C cable??? I don't know. I've tried pressing the "power" (status?) button, holding it, various combinations, and my phone, for example, never sees any power from the USB-C port. The battery recharges fine from a USB-A to -C source, so far.... Since I can, and do use the battery, it is serving its purpose, but I wonder if the -C port would charge faster. I will not buy this item again unless Belkin (or anyone) responds with identification of what I doing wrong - then, if that works for me, I'll revisit this review.

Works well. A must for charging phone when traveling and not able to charge the normal way.

This thing is magic. Belkin is a very good brand. I've bout other products from them in the past. Pros: I can charge multiple devices off a single charge. Light weight and compact size Cons: The cable it comes with is Very short. Other than that this is a very good buy

I always buy this product. It charges for hours, especially brand new. It does deteriorate over time, but thats from countless times of dropping it and having it for over a year. I’ll always repurchase this charger if I were to lose my current one. I have purchased over four of these portable chargers now.

Can't plug in to center port. It is obstructed. Too bad that I waited to actually use it -- after the return timeframe. I like it so I just purchased another one! The size is perfect for fitting in a cross-body bag (designed with a charger connection). Belkin builds quality and reliable products!!! My bad for waiting so long to test it!!!

I have this a year. Works great, love it. Although the charging cord does charge the unit anymore. The only cord that charges it up now is the cord from my iphone.

Despite the product description clearly stating that it has CCC certification and is suitable for travel to China, the batteries I received today do not have the CCC mark at all. I am traveling tomorrow and specifically needed batteries with this certification, so I trusted the description when making the purchase. Very disappointing. This is misleading and gives false information to customers.
