Best taste I have ever tried. Expensive but worth it. I had trouble walking because the muscles in my legs hurt. Sometimes I had to use crutches. This gave me the best protein to make my muscles work. I did not realize my body was low on protein nor did the doctors tell me. I thought I had enought in my diet since I eat meat but I didn't. I have tried protein powders before but soon tired of them because they didn't taste that good. I follow amy meyers on the Internet and trusted her enough to purchase this. It seems to be helping my hypothyroidism as well since the thyroid needs protein to function properly.

I haven't had protein powder for a long while now until I discovered this product. I love vanilla and love the flavor... happy me doing smoothies again. It is a bit pricey but it's high quality and the only AIP option I've found so worth the money to have smoothies in the morning or after a bike ride, etc. Super convenient and THANK YOU AMY for creating it!

I am a personal trainer and used to always have protein shakes prior to working out. I’ve been on AIP for a while and have given up on protein shakes due to a lack of compliant options. A few weeks ago, my husband decided to join me on AIP but was unwilling to give up his chocolate whey protein before his intense workouts. I found this option and he said he wouldn’t like it as he doesn’t like anything vanilla. Well, turns out he absolutely loves it and asked for more as he has nearly finished it. Clean ingredients and great macro proportions. Tastes great, too! I can finally go back to drinking pre-workout protein shakes.
