My friend has a $5,000 brand name hearing aid and went into mourning when she lost it. I always order the Mirasing amplifiers two at a time, and will be able to afford a hundred of these or what she paid for one! Not that I expect to need that many. The little gadgets are durable and lightweight. I once caught myself looking for it while I was wearing it, ha ha. The volume control is a little tricky, so don't force it, and use the teeny tiny screwdriver included. They are comfortable but should not be worn 24 hours a day so your ear can breathe and air out. As for clarity, they are amazing! The things I can hear again: children playing, birds singing, water running, clocks ticking. The kitchen timer dinging! And now I can watch AND HEAR the TV again. I'm so happy I found these. And I will hold $Trump personally responsible if his crazy tariffs interfere with availability and pricing. It's not nice to hit people where it hurts just because they aren't billionaires.

I bought this left- hearing aid for my aunt who lost her hearing aid at the movies a year ago. She loves it and it worked great for a little over a month, easy to use and the sound is so natural and clear. After the second month it stopped working altogether. Battery changed, suction cup replaced and the ear wax tip replaced, this device doesn't work!

Very good product. The hearing aids are small, easy to use and work well, the instructions came with most of my purchases but the manuals did not come with them. They are great, charge quickly and are easy to operate. I would recommend them if you need a spare pair of hearing aids!

Sometimes it works great, other times not so much. The inconsistency is frustrating. Hoping it gets better with use. It is what it is.

You always get what you paid for. I ordered this hearing device as a back up in case I loose my regular one. Its so-so. I have profound hearing loss and sadly I rely on these type of hearing-aids. Regular ones cost 2500$ & + , just isn't in my budget. This hearing device leaves an echo even when I change out ear plugs . I noticed it doesn't help much for me to understand speech even turned up fully. That & with the echo is very irritating. If I wasn't in dire need asap I would return this. This will become that is my last resort to use. It might be helpful for those with medium hearing loss. I had bought an F21 a while back for 40.00$ and it turned out to be my best one. The only similarities with this J20 is the style. I would not recommend this J20 to anyone with profound hearing loss.

They work ok for me. They amplify the high frequencies and so they do help me hear a bit better. However, being so cheap, the frequency response cannot be adjusted to your particular problem areas. One of my main issues with these cheapies (there are lots of brands just like these on Amazon) is that the hinge on the swing-out battery holder is very delicate. They break very easily and I end up throwing them away and having to buy another.

Unfortunately for the seller, most orders have been used and sent as new. I got 4 orders filthy, so dirty that I wanted to throw up. The boxes are unsealed and sent back from customer pretending that boxes were unopened. Problem is that they don't check the return and send you a disgusting filthy and dirty hearing aid. I know that the seller is not responsible but still responsible for the product being sent on his behalf. But if you get a chance to receive a new one in a sealed box, they are very good. Upgrade the domes though or they'll keep ringing in your ear. I found these ones on Amazon: Oticon MINIFIT Dome Tips 10-Pack (12mm Extra Large Power). If you get these and the hearing aid in a sealed box (good luck with that), you'll be glad you did and will get a great product.
