I waited a full week before reviewing this MCT oil to see how my body would react—and honestly, I’m impressed. Is it normal to feel both full and energized at the same time? Because that’s exactly what’s happening. I’ve been adding it to my coffee (and even my matcha), and it gives me such a smooth, steady boost without any crash. There’s a very light hint of coconut, which I actually love—it makes everything taste a bit better without being overpowering. Not sure why I didn’t start using this sooner, but it’s officially a staple in my daily routine now.

What a shock, I ordered 2 of them since I already knew the brand, and the smell is rancid the taste is horrible and so bad, went back to see I can return at least one which I didn’t open and the product is not returnable. I am so disappointed with this. The brand should have better understanding the product is for consumption and needs more care. Last time shopping this unfortunately but wasted my money for sure

The oil is clear, unflavored, and easy to mix with coffee or shakes. There’s no strong coconut smell or taste, which is important for black coffee. Energy levels feel more stable after consumption, especially during fasting or low-carb days.

Doesn't seem bad when I add it to my coffee and has no taste as such even though I can see it float on the top of my coffee but when I am done it kinda coats my tongue and has a strange feeling like its very synthetic.. Sorry but I think I prefer the powder to this oil.
