It takes a really long time to fully charge the case even when its not attached to the phone, like more then 8 hours. That's not really convenient as I need to use it throughout the day. If I don't keep it on the charger its not of good use when I need it later to recharge my phone.With the phone attached it takes even longer to charge both. I find myself having to remove and charge phone separately most times. I wish I had none this prior to purchase.But on the upside if its fully charged, it does charge the phone quickly :)

I was happy with this product overall until recently when I noticed that the case would not close properly over the phone. When I detached it from the phone, I noticed that the battery was swollen inside. Due to the safety issue of this, I can no longer use this battery. I contacted the seller and have received no reply. Buyer beware.

My daughter is always out at school, practice or rehearsal. We got tired of her charging cords being stolen. Got this case and it’s great!!! Her phone lasts all day and no more charging cords go out and not come back.3/2/18- update- it no longer charges.....:(

Just put case on a few hours ago. Having multiple problems--phone goes black, press home and it's takes a screenshot, barely touch button (iPhone 7) on right to turn screen off and it goes to shut off screen, etc. I bought it because my daughter loved hers so I'm going to give it more time and see if straightens out! If not I will see how much shipping is to return.

I loved this product and it worked really well for about 2 miles. It was very useful and doubled my battery life and was super easy to take on and off with the magnetic closure. However after about two months the adapter stopped charging. It just would no longer recognize the cord and would not charge. So unfortunately I had to return it for a refund

This case was great until it stopped accepting a charge:(I ordered this case because after owning my phone for almost 2 years the battery would drain mid-day. This was a perfect solution because when my battery neared 50% I could charge it with a push of a button on the case. After using this case for just 2 months, however, the case will not charge. I have to remove my phone from the case to charge my phone.

Had a mokie but it got damp and quit working. So ordered this one at half the price and so far so good. Working as expected.

Did not work properly from day 1! Drains phone battery to recharge its self.... doesn't hold a charge long at all, actually shortens my phones battery life
