This is a great upgrade to an older vehicle. The install is pretty straightforward, but the customer service that they provide when you ask a question will get you through any issues that you run into. The customer service answered every question that I, they did not skip any question. Gave full detail video, and pictures of what I should do with the issues I ran into. I been installing for a long time now and was worried because it’s a few wires that didn’t get plugged back into anything. But I was able to contact the customer service and they walked me right through it, assuring me that the wires did not need to be connected to anything. I would highly recommend this product if you’re looking for a good quality, audio video upgrade for older Mercedes-Benz.

A little bit of troubleshooting required but all in all worked perfectly . Great Customer Service. Answered all my questions and troubleshooting help. Radio Upgrade is a nice touch and the bigger display makes for an Upgraded look. The NTG 3.0 side panel works perfect and car radio turns off and on with car dispite other reviews that these functions did not work. I’m happy with the look and function with the radio . The factory look and ease to work with the factory knobs installed on Mercedes set it apart from any other aftermarket radio.

I installed this in my car myself and it is a huge upgrade over the previous screen. Any questions I had I just sent an email and they responded to me and fixed the issue that I was having. I highly recommend doing this upgrade it has made me fall in love with my car again and it no longer feels older and outdated

This radio do a constant drain on your battery no matter how u hook it up or change wires u will always find your battery dead within A couple of days. Which is annoying they don't come with directions so even u get it professionally hooked up or must know about car systems to do it. It is not a easy do it yourself plug in play like they make it seem. ONCE AGAIN IF U JUST PLUG IT IN THINKING ITS A SIMPLE PLUG IN PLAY SWAP YOUR BATTERY WILL DIE. IF YOU DO IT YOURSELF I RECOMMEND USING A KILL SWITCH FOR THE RADIO OR ELSE U WILL WAKE UP EVERY THREE DAYS TO A DEAD BATTERY
