I have used other sweat creams and this one is not worth it. I don’t see much difference when I use the cream. I tend to shower after working out and even after removing the cream with a towel before showering there is still some residue left on my skin. When water hits my skin that is covered with the cream my skin feels like it’s burning and it feels really painful. I usually have to slowly keep adding water to remove the soap off. Do not recommend at all.

Love this have been using the cellulite hot cream for like 8 9 years but someone stole this one after I used it for like 3 days they stole it… but will buy another one..
