Good price.
I actually just started taking this. However, I do believe it’s helping me sleep hopefully it. Help with a lot of different things.

It has everything you need to sleep well and feel calm.
This is the best product I have used at bedtime!! I have tried MagR&R and many others to help me stay asleep. Things with melatonin have me waking up every 2 hours and drowsy all day after. This makes me sleep calmly all night without waking and I feel wonderful the next day. I recommend this to anyone needing to relax and sleep.

Rest and Relax Bonus
Have enjoyed the benefit of the magnesium complex with L-Theanine was helpful for difficulty sleeping. With the benefits of the L-Theanine seems to over a calming relaxing feeling. I use mine an hour before bedtime and it seems to help me rest so much better. Glad a friend suggested it.

Works awesome
Way better then melatonin. Take an hour before bed, feel relaxed not drowsy, works all night for good rest. Melatonin helps me get to sleep but wears off quickly and if it wake up 2/3 hours in, I have a heavy sedated feel. Excellent product.

Statistically better sleep, confirmed by Fitbit stats
This is a really great product. I’ve struggled with falling asleep and staying asleep for my whole life. Have tried many of the the ingredients within this formula with mixed results, but all of these ingredients together and at this potency is perfect. These are helpful at staying asleep but tremendously helpful with falling asleep. My time to fall asleep had probably gone from 30+ minutes to under 10. My Fitbit app tracks a sleep score which factors in length, quality (REM vs deep vs light sleep), and oxygen variation in your sleep. Since taking these supplements, have increased anywhere from 4-6 points : this may not seem like a lot but it definitely is on the relative Fitbit scale. Highly recommend
