I would not remove any ingrown toe nail. If what you meant is to remove the part of the nail that is ingrown, then the clippers. If what you want to do is correct the curve of the nail to stop it from becoming ingrown, then its the tool with the screw and the 2 hooks. Make sure to do follow the instructions that come included, dont try to correct the nail in one shot. It has worked great for me.

How long is the handles?

The length of the scissors handles is about 8.4cm/3.3inches, and the length of another three tools is about 13cm/5.1inches.
