Honestly - don’t buy. Not only is the quality terrible but the company is a scam. I’ve had this faucet for only 10 months, and I didn’t like it from the beginning but the paint flaking off was the final straw. Starting at the beginning, we ordered this faucet but it was missing pieces, so we returned it and they sent another one. That should have been a sign right there. Installation wasn’t simple. The threading on one of the pipes was not symmetrical. Fixed it as best we could. Functionality - not great. I don’t know why there’s a flow control setting because you could only very slow flow it or water would splash everywhere. The kicker…. the website says “lifetime warranty” but Amazon customer support can’t even find ANY contact info to get a hold of them. I even had to email the warranty center for Amazon, and they still couldn’t find anything. So Amazon is offering for me to return it for less than half of what I bought. Instead of the seller, actually giving a lifetime warranty like it promises.

Very impressed with the weight of this faucet. The appearance is sleek and installation was a breeze. A diy'er would be wise to read the instructions but should have no issues getting this done. Con- the unit is a bit wobbly on a wooden floor system. Base seems a little small in diameter compared to the expected use.

Ensure that the faucet is compatible with your bathtub and plumbing setup. Check the faucet's size and dimensions to confirm. As long as it is compatible, you will love it because it is easy to install and stunning. It comes with everything you need to install it and it looks far more impressive than it costs!

Love the look of this faucet, but the open-design spout means water splashes out of it as it fills the tub. Our solution... Place the bottle of bath wash on it! LoL I guess maybe that could be a feature.... Faucet AND bath wash holder. LoL

It’s excellent quality and looks amazing, easy to work and the shower head is a great addition for washing hair and cleaning the bath!

This faucet looks really nice and is really impressive when viewed in person. It looks and feels substantial on the main body though the handheld spray does seem to be made to a lesser, though acceptable, quality. That said, the nozzles on the handheld are easy to clean and I was happy enough with it. Overall, I find this to be a very good value that looks great.

I am in LOVE with this faucet! We recently renoed one of our bathrooms from head to toe and decided to go with a bathtub with a glass view and this tub-filler, and let me just say... its totally dreamlike area and its ony of my favorite places to relax. This tub-filler came VERY well packaged, it was very well thought out. The physical quality of this is stout, im very pleased with it, its solid, has some good weight to it. I had it professionally installed as we had other work that needed to be done, and even the plumber was impressed by the quality. The installation was QUICK, it also had every single piece needed, our plumber didnt need any extra tools or anything, he was in and out quickly. Once we had it installed and turned it on, it provides a beautiful waterfall sort of stream out of the end, it doesnt splash up or get water anywhere, it has a very elegant look. The handheld sprayer is something ive wanted with a tub filler for so darn long, but finding a quality one wasnt easy, but now that I have it, theres NO way I can go back. A quick twist of the knob and you have water coming out of the handheld sprayer, and again, it doesnt come rushing out with a bunch of air and start spraying everywhere, its a nice flow, its not too powerful but its perfect for a rinse. We've now had it installed for about 2 weeks and have had 0 issues, no leaks, no quality issues, its as it was when it was installed and works flawlessly. I do try to be as honest as possible in these reviews and find cons with every product as well, however for this i have yet to find one, if anything changes ill be back to update my review. You can really tell the difference between a company that is just there to make some money and leave, versus a company like Yagatap that puts thought and quality into everything from the packaging to the quality materials, I am seriously impressed! If i could give this 10 stars, I would.
