⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent resistance band set for home workouts and travel! The bands feel sturdy and high quality, and the different resistance levels make it easy to customize workouts for both beginners and advanced users. I’ve used them for strength training, stretching, and shoulder rehab exercises, and they’ve worked great for all of it. The handles are comfortable, the clips feel secure, and I really appreciate that everything comes neatly packed in a carrying bag. Super convenient if you want a compact gym alternative without taking up space. Great value for the price — highly recommend!

Excellent resistance bands. Good quality, durable, and easy to use for a variety of exercises. I purchased them together with a wall anchor, and it's a perfect combination for workouts and rehab. The handles are comfortable, and the different resistance levels make it very versatile. Great value price. Highly recommended.

Set feature stackable tube bands, foam handles, door anchors, and ankle straps, allowing for a wide variety of exercises. Which is great! The entire set is very light making it highly portable too. For the price point, you cannot beat the quality and versatility. The handles and bands are comfortable to use. The weight labels may not be exactly accurate as they "feel" a little lighter, but use them as a guide and they can get the job done. Caution: The included door anchors run on the smaller side and might not fit securely on certain door frames. Test well before engaging in exercises.

Superb! Excellent quality bands and handles! I like that the lightest band starts at 10 pounds as it’s a great way to get started for exercise newbies. The poster provided shows many excellent exercises but you can do even more. You can even use it laying down and do various stretches and exercises for your legs, arms, and abs by putting the bands under your sneakers while still holding the handles with your hands. After a month of use, I have seen a huge difference! I’m so glad we bought this set.

I bought these to assist me with my ZEP medication. Resistance training/muscle strengthening is very important while on it(use it or lose it too) type of thing. With these you have so many different options as to where you use them, unlike regular weights that have to be stacked and moved around to use them; these bands are lite weight, marked by weight resistance, and even come with a carrying bag. Bag and all weighs about a pound or less, whereas barbells and other leg equipment are bulky and not easily transportable. And YES even once you use the bands, they still fit in the provided bag with a handy pull cord and locking mechanism for the cord.

This is an awesome kit. I use the heavier bands for myself, and gave the others to a friend going through physical rehab. I love that I can workout at my desk while working, and how versatile they are. The carry bag is a great addition, as there are so many parts in the kit. Great value.

I considered this HPYGN Resistance Bands set for a while, then based on the reviews, decided to pull the trigger. I'm no beginner when it comes to resistance bands, but I'm looking to do rehab, so this sounded like the perfect set for me. As I was rehabbing due to injuries and hospital time, I was happy if the set offered about half the resistance, and that's about what it offers - so figure it will add up to 75 pounds with all the bands in use. These are thinner rubber, so it makes sense they offer lower resistance. I quite like them, and unexpectedly, the handles have just the right amount of padding and are quite comfortable. For those who want to beef things up a bit, you can attach full-sized carabiners to the smallish ones on the end of each band, and from there, you can attach any attachments you might have at home. If you want to stretch your bands extremely, you might want to get a thicker set of bands, as the thinner material could tear on a long, long stretch. I have never abused any of my bands, so this wasn't an issue. \ There was one downside I ran into. The door anchor fabric is too thick to use with most of our doors. I've used several brands of door anchors successfully with our doors, so the space between the door and the door jam isn't unusually thin. That being said, I have several door anchors that I can use, but if you don't, it's something to consider. This is a great set of resistance bands - good for beginners, rehabbers or anyone for whom 75 pounds total is enough of a workout. There's enough attachments to give a great workout for pretty much any body parts. Btw, I do want to mention that my set of bands had virtually no smells of any kind - a win. You might want to consider the door anchor (read paragraph above), but otherwise this is a decent set. And for the price I paid, which was under $20, I couldn't be happier.

I had limited space to workout so these were perfect for me! Only reason it gets a 3 star is the fact I’ve had to re attach the rubber multiple times. It could be annoying for someone who wants care free workouts, but I was willing to work with it. It actually lasted so long I think it started to dry rot AFTER YEARS of use, it started to split long ways along the rubber band. I still have them and they probably still work

I purchased these resistance bands for a surgical rehab program and they are excellent. The handles are large, padded and quite comfortable. Each band has it’s own clips which make it easy to change when going to a different resistance band. I really like the grey colour variations on the bands. The darker the band, the higher the resistance rating. A good storage bag was included, the whole kit is well made. I like using these bands, they give a good workout. I’ll continue to use them, much preferred over free weights. Easy to pack for travel. Definitely would buy them again

These are great quality with everything you need although some really subtle annoyances affect efficient works outs. The bands are too similar in colour. Whilst looks smart, it becomes difficult to determine resistance. The colours fade with stretching and aren’t as differentiated as they appear in the photos so memorising the resistance strength is impossible. The resistance strength is only printed on one side of the band meaning grabbing it quickly means searching for the side to find the resistance strength (again not helped by the similar colour). This is a small detail I hope the manufacturers can consider sewing the resistance strength on each end of the band. You can of course get a white marker and mark it yourself. Finally, something to mark the mid-point of the band!! This helps while switching quickly from one exercise to the next and knowing where the middle point is for even resistance on each side and getting straight to work. This’d be a really good addition I’ve not seen anywhere else. Otherwise the accessories feel really good quality (2 door anchors would be ideal ;))

Justo había puesto que excelente pero apenas tiene 2 semanas que me llegaron y ya la pintura de los anillos y ganchos ya empezó a caerse. Ya no me parecen excelentes, ahora son de aceptable calidad.
