Well, I always do my research before I purchase anything specially on line which is about 80% of my none perishable products. I purchased the foot patches from 3 companies that had great review and did not break the bank. I am very much educated myself about natural remedies for the last 15 years. I feel better now at 64 than when I was 45-50 learning natural healing and more importantly the preventative measures. I had a foot pain (RHS) that was not a usual behavior of my body. I tried to shake it off and also changed my diet some which helped but did not go away. Then I researched more and saw these patches. I also noticed some negatives toward patches in general. After a few hrs of search and research I finally decided to purchase Dr. Entre's Foot Pads Lemon & Ginger and also the Turmeric and Ginger.I received these patches very fast and me and my wife started using them right-away.Next morning we both felt weird but at the same time refreshed. I wish I could say the same thing about the patches. They were dark and disgusting and no residual on the palm of my feet since I am not the sweating kind. It is cold and gray this time of year hear at upstate NY which makes you gray and down but after using these patches for only 3 days I feel so energized and my foot pain is completely gone!!!I admit that foot patches felt weird first but then you get used to it very fast, at least I did.Important: I highly suggest:1- letting someone else put the patches on your feet. It is a lot easier and stays better.2- Clean your feet well and push the tapes to your feet firmly all around. Do not touch the tapes.3- Make sure it is the last thing you do before you go to bed.4- Move the patch location where you feel you need it the most. Just make sure it is secure.5- If you move a lot at night put a pair of thin but tight cotton socks on to keep them on so you do not blame the manufacturer like some do.I highly recommend these. We own a hotel and restaurant therefore a lot on our feet all the time and at the top of it my family tells me that I was born standing-up :-). This have already helped me so much with my feet.I will for sure purchase again as long as the price does not jump higher and higher. So far so good.I am not attaching any pics since you have already seen thousands of these gross pics. They are all the same and real.As Elon Musk said "It is so real it looks fake" talking about his so called car in space :-) except these patches are truly real and they work so well. We should have used these long time ago.

For a 63 year old man. I tried this as a detoxing remedy. I have not seen any effect so far on my energy level, but I have seen improvement on my restless leg syndrome. Also I am sleeping better through the night. Instead of waking up every 3 hours, I can sleep 5 hours straight before my body forces me to go to the bathroom.

These pads work great. The main ingredient is charcoal, which is known to detoxify the body. Even my son's allergist has told us to buy charcoal to take orally along with his epi pen if he has a severe allergic reaction. Previously I had my labs taken for heavy metals (through a specialty lab, not available through labs like quest). Before the patches my mercury levels were high. I started using these foot patches just to detox my body, and realized after my mercury levels were retested that they must have dropped because of the foot patches (I was using a different brand but basically same type of product). My doctor had told me only iv chelation therapy or suppositories could reduce it but these foot patches did the trick. I know these also work because when I use them several times they turn from black on day one to a dark brown by day two or three. When I first started using them, they'd be black mainly. If I work out a lot, there will also be parts of the patches that also don't turn color and stay whiter when I use them. This is the asian way of detoxifying through the feet. The other way is through soaking your feet in an epsom (magnesium) salt bath.

These are easy to apply. I use this to help with foot Neuropathy. I have seen reduced issues with my feet after using these 2-3 nights per week.

If you are a person that responds well to natural supplements, I think you will love these foot pads. I think they are great and work well for me. I have my family members trying them as well. Some haven't experienced the same success as me. Some have mentioned they didn't notice a difference. They are worth a try!

It’s OK it’s just you can’t see what color comes out of your feet because it’s black of the ingredients and the turmeric is too strong for me and it gives me a headache

It’s a mystery! I have no idea what these pads do or what’s the gunk that is on them in the morning. The first day I had trouble getting the glue off but after five or six times the glue just comes off with soap and water. I don’t know if these are helping with my sleep because I ordered four other sleep aids at the same time, night night tea, lavender roll on oil, an infuser of lavender and patches of melatonin. So I have no idea but the combination is helping me sleep. I also have bad neuropathy so I ordered the Neuropathy socks. I put those on over the patches and the patches stay on all night. All these items together were expensive but they seem to be working. I’m having a good night sleep, and my neuropathy doesn’t bother me when I go to bed or during the night….. so this will be my nightly ritual from now on!

As always, the ordering and delivery process was quick and smooth. After using this product, I’ve noticed that my body feels more rested in the morning. I don’t really feel much warmth on the soles of my feet, but overall the product works well. I recommend this product for everyone.

I was skeptical at first, but these have become a staple in my nighttime routine. They are very easy to apply, the pads or not adhesive so you will need to wear socks so they stay put all night without making a mess. I wake up feeling like my feet are less 'heavy' and much more relaxed. The 100-pack is great value because it lasts a long time. Just a heads up: the pads definitely turn dark by morning, which is normal for these!I’ve noticed I’m sleeping a bit more soundly since I started using them. Great way to pamper yourself after a long day of standing. Very happy with the quality.They smell ok & they are very effective. The pads turn black by the morning but that is not due to extracting stuff out of your body but due to the moisture from your feet making the pad see through. So all you are seeing is the detox material, nothing to worry about. Great for pain relief.

I don't know yet if it's working it has not been a week of using it, but I see all the black crap coming out of my feet. Will have to continue using it to see if this product is good enough to use.
