Sweet, rich-flavored vinegar high in antioxidants
I've never purchased black Japanese vinegar before, so I was surprised that it is sweet. Not in a sickening way- I can see how this would be a great for pickled vegetables and fruits. Black vinegar is the healthiest to use according to WebMD. Very rich in antioxidants. Does not remind me of balsamic- this taste is much more subtle. I like it.

Smooth Black Vinegar
Awesome for dumplings really a mellow vinegar not harsh at all. Taste wise a smooth earth tasting vinegar.Great buy.

Better than the other brown rice vinegar I tried.
I did not know that black vinegar is simply brown rice vinegar, but no matter. It's better than Eden's brown rice vinegar because it has no salt added and it will make an acceptable substitute for apple cider vinegar, which I'm allergic to.
