I use it on both damp hair after washing and a little bit on dry hair to tame flyaways — works beautifully both ways. Amazing product. Amazing brand. Cannot recommend this enough. Smells amazing and adds moisture to my dry hair without making it feel oily or icky. Keeps the frizz down too.
