The flavor is strange, not my favorite. It’s not super sweet it’s actually good on sugar level but it almost seemed like it makes a flavored sparkling water. I wish there was more flavors but I can tell an immediate increase in my supply. I used two packets and the very next morning I was dripping before my daughter was even ready to wake to feed. I drank another that day and continued to have the feeling I had plenty of milk but not engorged. I usually feel a dip in the night but have not felt that at all with these. I’ll most likely order again but may try the strawberry kiwi instead. I hope they make more options. Going to search for them now!

This is my favorite flavor by far! It keeps me hydrated and it actually tastes so good compared to other electrolyte powders. I’ve tried so many and none of them are as good as this brand.

As an average supplier, I can say this works. I tried a lot of things to increase my supply to be able to create a small stash for my baby. At first I did not notice the difference until I stop drinking it and then I noticed. My supply increased by a little, NOT a lot but enough to make a difference.
