LifePro is GREAT company. I bought this product in July of 2015 and it stopped working. I contacted LifePro and they immediately sent me a new replacement machine. This machine is a life saver when you have medical issues. I want to THANK EVERYONE AT LIFEPRO. They are best in class for service and support.

The VibraFlow is an interesting gizmo. It's meant to stimulate blood flow in your lower extremities and / or warm your feet. It works almost too well. A couple of offbeat details --- 1. It comes in a very large carton, which holds the VibraFlow itself in one layer of packing material, and the power cord. remote (with batteries), and instructions and warranty materials in a second layer of packing material. 2. It's easy to use. Just attach the power cord, plug it in to the wall, put the batteries in the remote, rest your feet on it, and hit start. (There's also a built-in control panel on the unit, but you would need to be a contortionist or have arms like a gibbon to reach it from a sitting position.) 3. It has several settings and timers. They can all be accessed from the remote. 4. It has a non-slip mat so it doesn't vibrate away from your feet. So far, so good. The only real drawback to the VibraFlow is that even on the lowest setting it feels like a Sybian for your feet. After just a few minutes (you won't need the preset timers) your feet and legs are going to feel like cake batter. I don't know why the lowest setting feels like you're on a riding mower, but the highest setting makes you feel like a Starlink launch. I was expecting a far more gentle Level One. Having said that, once your legs stop quivering like a bowl of jello you actually do feel pretty good. So despite the baby T-Rex effect, I will recommend this with tgh.e proviso that you start out using it for 3 - 5 minutes and build up slowly to the 5, 10, 15, and 20 minute presets.

Compared a borrowed Med massages to this device. Absolutely no contest for quality. The highest setting on this device is equivalent to the lowest on the med massager. The QoL add next to nothing. The electronic controls are unnecessary and to boot, didn't work on the model I was shipped. This product honestly flirts with being an outright scam. I chose to purchase this to help with chronic pains and had I not been able to physically compare this device to its directly stated competition, I probably would have found it fine and would have continued hurting. I recommend taking a second look at the product page for red flags. There are a bunch of useless modular parts included. Electronic systems are touted like they aren't cheap. Further, the physical mechanism of the massager is different from the device they attempted to copy. I say this because the way its set up, the arch bar is useless because it doesn't modulate. So tbh, their setting on max doesn't equal their competition's on low. It also smells, feels cheap to the touch, the touch buttons got stuck to the plastic bag because of the cheap adhesive, the $2 remote wouldn't work. All in all, I grew a very deep disdain for this device after unboxing and testing. Assuming this review isn't deleted, I fully recommend not spending $200 on a device worth less than $60. Did not relive my pain. So easily breaks.

***UPDATE*** After it quit working, I submitted a request for a replacement or repair. The company was very quick to respond and Susan from LifePro made sure that I was shipped a new unit. I received it and it works just like it is supposed to. I was also informed that it has a lifetime warranty from LifePro, so that is amazing! I have used other foot massagers. This one is my favorite. It is so much quieter than the others, but still gives a great massage. It's a bit of work to keep it from drifting around on my tile floor, but once you get it to stay in place it gives really good massage. I love how you can tilt it to massage your calves as well. I don't use the heat function, but my wife loves it. Worked well for 8 months, then stopped. The lights work, the display works, it looks like it is working but the footpad stopped moving. The company has a phone number that does not get answered, a form that has a non-working send button, an option to text that instantly rejects your text as spam and a chat feature that does not get a live person. **Update** Once I submitted a claim through Amazon, I was contacted by Susan by phone and she replaced it quickly.

This foot massager is easy to use and the vibration and heat functions are relaxing. However, after using it regularly for about two weeks, I didn't notice any meaningful improvement in my neuropathy symptoms or circulation. It may provide temporary comfort, but it didn't deliver the results I was hoping for. Overall, it's okay for relaxation, but not very effective for my needs.

I purchased this item, but when it arrived, all functions worked properly, except for the vibrating function. The unit wouldn't vibrate. I contacted Customer Service, explaining my issue, and and they were fabulous in providing me with a new unit to replace the unit that I had at home, but wasn't working. The new unit arrived, and it works exactly as it is supposed to. LifePro did not even want the faulty unit back. I tried to give this review 5 stars, but I was only alowed 4 stars for some reason ...

I finally was able to contact the seller and was promptly sent me a replacement remote control, awesome :) The vibration machine is for my elderly parents and they enjoy the vibration. It was purchased for the circulation issues in their legs, so hopefully it will help with that. Its light enough for them to move around, though even on their low pile carpet it does tend to slide, so will have to figure out a way to keep it in place better while in use. The vibration has good intensity for them, any more intense then that would probably be too much for them, so I am satisfied with the intensity. I tried it and at first was a little weird feeling but then after that I got used to it and enjoyed it. I also suffer from pain in my lower leg caused from poor circulation and it helped my legs feel better, sweet! Only had it for less then a few weeks and so far working great. Thanks again to the seller for the prompt and hassle free replacement remote :) Previous review: So it appears the issues by other reviewers is true, I received a remote control that is impossible to remove the back part to input the battery, its like its glued shut. No idea how to contact supplier, seems impossible much of the time as there is no place I can see to do so, as seems to happen alot on amazon. I would like a new remote control that does open! so that I can give this gift to my 90+ parents, one of whom cannot bend due to horrible hip issues and needs the remote control! When I receive my new remote I will update review of the machine. Hello seller, pls send the remote asap!

This machine works fine BUT it was sent with a USA plug not a GB one. Fortunately I had an adaptor so am able to use it. Others might not be so lucky.
