What is the warranty .

I think the default warranty is 6 months. I am not 100% sure though.

Is an OBD connector required, or does it just connect to the USB charging port?

Hello, the product only uses the USB interface to connect

can the speed be adjusted, mine is off?

Yes, it can be adjusted. Read through the manual and follow the instructions. I had to adjust mine twice, and now it is in synch with the Dash.
