Exactly as shown and described
I got this for my 2yo grandaughter. The paci is magnetic and stays on baby's mouth. The baby doll is so precious. She loves it. It is a lifelike doll without paying hundreds. The anatomy came as a girl without too much detail. The description specifies that this is for 3yrs and up. I knew that up front. There isn't really anything to choke on in my opinion, but the baby is solid and a bit heavy. She still loved it and held it. The entire baby is made out of the same material and is not cloth anywhere. It's just precious.

This doll is amazing quality for the price point! Bought for a friend’s daughter for Christmas, and I know she’s going to love her! The mottling on the skin, the veins and capillaries, just wow. I got her on a Cyber Monday deal so I paid $25, and I have no regrets at all. Much more realistic than any doll I’ve seen in a store.
