Works very well. The silicone tips are just right in hardness, it feels premium in hand. The soft tips allow it to be used on back of neck too. Recharges quickly. Power settings also are well calibrated. Shoutout to the service team. My first device would not get charged, so the service team replaced it pronto in acno questions asked policy. A very relaxing buy😀
