Purchased because it said touch screen but it is not very misleading, purchased an external microphone but got no sound just white noise, had microphone tested on a friend's camera and that was fine so not a microphone problem, it is quite a good camera there is a background noise with the audio, apart from the above it would be a very good camera, its good that it comes with two batteries, you need to play around with it to find all the settings, have only used it for video so far and apart from the sound the picture quality was very good, would I buy again no but thats only because of the external microphone issues.

We are expecting our first child at the end of May 2023 and being born in 1999 my dad had a video recorder for all my little moments and I wanted the same for our baby. Bought this and honestly I'm so happy. I bought the SD card separately 128gb from Amazon ( integral Ultima pro micro SD). Camera works like a dream and it comes with an instruction manual which guides you through everything. When you first put the SD card into the camera, the camera won't automatically ask you if you want to format the SD card which I said yes to. It's really easy to use. Comes with two batteries. The only thing I'm still confused about is if the batteries are rechargeable and if so how do I recharge the batteries? The leaflet/ instruction manual doesn't go into this. Screen is not touch screen but I'm not Bothered about it. You can operate the screen in other ways. All all day is play around with it and read the instruction manual.

Purchased for my 13 year old for Christmas and she loved it. i looked at many before deciding to buy this one which came with all the accessories too. Very easy to set up and clear instructions. she found it easy to use and lightweight so carries it around. Easy to review footage too. Perfect item for her.

Bit fiddly at first but once you've played around with it a while it's very good.

Because nowadays life is expensive I was looking for a cheap yet still decent quality camcorder. Camcorder brands like Sony or JVC always have splendid optical zoom and this camcorder does not. It only has digital zoom which I do not prefer, but ... that also lowers the price significantly and when you want to use the camcorder indoors, it is very easy to just move closer to the object you're filming - so ... The quality of the images as well as of the video is really very good and one cannot complain. This device also has a small army of different settings onboard and the service of the seller is also very swift because when I contacted them and asked for the manual in my mail because that way I can enlarge the printing, they send it to me almost the same day. Excellent and in the near future I'm going to buy a second one !
