Beauty Salon Equipment White Facial Massage Table Bed Chair

It’s ok. I had a lot of trouble with assembly. I also had trouble with getting the chair to lock into place. I contacted the company and they did give me a partial refund. I still can’t get the chair to completely lock. Also, if someone sits on the bed when the legs are up (like after they get done with a facial) the bed will tip from their weight. I definitely would not purchase again, and will be looking for a replacement when I can afford another one.

This chair is an awful product. If I could give it zero stars, I wouldWe'll start with the assembly instructions. Or we would if there WERE ANY! What passes as instructions is nothing more than a poorly done diagram with arrows and letters you can't decipher. They were worse than useless. The parts list shows the parts but they all look the same, there's no designation on what screws are what.When you muddle through the assembly it's all trial and error ... does this screw fit? Nope, how about this one? Nope? Nothing fits right the way it should. things are too tight, or too loose. I'm very good at assembling things, but even this one gave me a hard time.Once it's finally assembled then you realize how hard it is to actually use. The springs that hold the back and foot rest in place are so strong you need both hands to move them. And then somehow you need a third hand to gently lower the back rest without giving your client whiplash. Not sure how that's supposed to work.Clients are scared to get on and off this thing, it's so wobbly. If you raise the char enough to be able to do a facial the chair wobbles so much that clients think they are going to fall off or the chair is going to tip over. Forget a stable chair to do precision work on, this is not that chair.Leg waxing? Once the chair is high enough to get a good angle, it is so unstable that the base actually tips off the floor. Clients are even more worried about falling off than before. I shouldn't have to add weight to the base of this chair just to keep it from completely tipping over.PLEASE save your money and don't buy this chair. Buy something that's higher quality.

It took them forever to send us this. We ordered right after Christmas and it was supposed to be shipped by the 4th of January and we were supposed to have it by the 8th. We did not get it until January 19th. Me and my husband was so nervous, we thought it was a scam. The iteam is very pretty and there was no damage to it. We had to watch a video to put it together and it was pretty easy. I love the product overall no complaints but it does seem a little shaky.

Nice bed. Serves it purpose. Good quality. Great price. Purchaser would benefit from better assembly instructions. Video saved the day.Happy w/this purchase. Was unsure at 1st, but the 360 spin is great for certain services.Excellent customer service.

Haven’t had it 2 MONTHS and already looking for a new one. I should have listened to the reviews I read! Sometimes it won’t go down, it doesn’t go all the way up sometimes, and when clients get to the highest it will go it lets out a sound like a fart. Doesn’t matter if the client is 100lbs or 400lbs. Wish I hadn’t bought. Probably going to replace and try to sell this.

The media could not be loaded. If I were to use this for my clients I’d get sued for whiplash. The seat immediately falls when set at the first two notches. It swivels without a stop mechanism. Cracked at base and seat cushion torn defective looking puffed out cushion on headrest that’s noticeable. Very unhappy.
