Works well
We found that this organic fertilizer works well and prefer it to synthetic fertilizer for more sustainable gardening.

Stinky...but enjoyed by our plants!
We decided to try this on our large aloe plant that has been looking a withered ever since the winter has arrived. Very pungent smell but easy to mix in the soil and allow to work. A little goes a long way and after about 2 weeks our aloe plant looked a lot healthier, greener and of course...happier! Great simple way to add a boost of nutrients to soil on your plants that look a little down.

All-natural and interesting
Soooooo fish droppings for plant food. Hmmmm. I read about this recently and did not know what to think LOL. This product is advertised as “odorless” and I was skeptical cuz, you know, FISH DROPPINGS. As soon as the bag I arrived I snipped it open about an inch and took a whiff. At first it smelled horrible, there was a tiny bit of a slimy sludge on the inside of the bag at the top that smelled awful. However, we left it overnight and now that has disappeared and the bag smells completely innocuous, just a dried neutral smelling powder. I'm thinking maybe a couple drops of water got into the top of the bag or something? Anyhow, the instructions on the bag say to use the entire bag when you are planting a 3-gallon plant in a pot but the description on Amazon says you can also use smaller amounts around the base of existing plants, which is what we are going to do. I wish that instruction appeared on the bag as well. It’s an all natural product so much less chance of fertilizer burn like you can get from chemical fertilizers so I am not nervous about measuring it out exactly. I have no doubt the nutrients will be good for our plants and will make them happy.

Smaller then expected
I wasn't sure how much 1lb was. I added some to a few of my plants and will see how it goes. I put the rest into my compost bin with my currently almost finished compost to mix in and give more nutrients to that.

Organic part of potting mix
Used one bag to top off 3 of my 1 gal pots. Easy to use and there is no odor. Its an all natural material so it shouldnt have to worry about burning your plants like chemical fertilizers sometimes do. Plants appear to be happy thus far!
