I just received my hat and it was squished into the package and the wire rim is broken.

I LOVE this hat! I get lots of compliments on it when I wear it out walking. It is study and well-made and the wire in the brim makes it easy to shape. There are only a few drawbacks: is it is pretty think for really hot days and I wish it had a strap because in the wind I have to hold it on with my hand. Also, the first time I hand washed it, the white fabric turned yellow in spots around the outside of the brim and in a couple of spots on the very top of the hat.

I’ve been looking for a protective sun hat that fits over my thick hair. It doesn’t hug my head too tightly like a lot of hats do. I will be ordering this in more colors!

This is a great product, I like the wide brim, the only thing I wish it had a draw string to keep it secure under the chin in windy environment like the beach. The hat did not sit on my head comfortably even if I adjusted the crown string to fit my head.
